Mahindra has introduced the XUV 3XO compact SUV in India, injecting new energy into this segment, which has become highly competitive in the country’s passenger vehicle market. Competing with rivals like the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Kia Sonet, the Mahindra XUV 3XO starts at a price of ₹7.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The XUV 3XO is essentially an extensively updated version of the Mahindra XUV300, featuring a refreshed design and a range of new features compared to its predecessor.

The all-new Mahindra XUV 3XO compact SUV offers a choice between petrol and diesel engines. There are two petrol engine options: the 1.2-litre mStallion TCMPFi, which delivers 110 bhp power and 200 Nm torque, and the 1.2-litre mStallion TGDi, which provides 128 bhp power and 230 Nm torque. Both petrol variants come with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic transmission. The diesel variant is powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged CRDe engine, delivering 115 bhp power and 300 Nm torque. It is available with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed AMT.

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza offers petrol hybrid and petrol-CNG variants. Equipped with a 1.5-liter engine compatible with both petrol and CNG, it provides transmission choices of a five-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic transmission. In the petrol hybrid version, the engine delivers 101 bhp power and 136.8 Nm torque.
