According to a report by PTI, Kareena Kapoor stated that the gender of the lead character doesn’t determine a film’s success; rather, it’s the performance and content that drive it forward. She emphasized her commitment to selecting roles that are both captivating and entertaining, expressing her delight in “Crew” breaking stereotypes and initiating conversations about women’s impact on the box office.

Reflecting on her recent appointment as UNICEF India National Ambassador, Kapoor highlighted her personal growth over the past decade. She mentioned traveling to various parts of India, engaging with children, educators, and parents, who shared their stories, ambitions, and hopes with her.

She expressed her enthusiasm about leveraging her influence as a celebrity to support UNICEF India’s mission as its National Ambassador, particularly in advocating for children’s rights, education, and health. Recently, Kareena Kapoor appeared in “The Crew,” directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, alongside Tabu and Kriti Sanon. The film also included Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma in guest appearances. It follows the story of three close friends working as cabin crew for Kohinoor Airlines. However, their lives take a dramatic turn when one of them becomes embroiled in a conspiracy. “The Crew” was produced by Balaji Telefilms and Anil Kapoor Film and Communications Network.

Kareena Kapoor is set to star in Rohit Shetty’s highly anticipated film “Singham Again.” A new look from the movie has already been unveiled by the producers. In the film, Kapoor portrays the character of Avni, the wife of Bajirao Singham, played by Ajay Devgn. Notably, Kapoor has previously portrayed the role of Avni Bajirao Singham, Ajay Devgn’s wife, in the franchise.

Rohit Shetty’s “Singham Again” will star an ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, and Tiger Shroff, among others. Serving as the third installment of the franchise, the movie is slated for a theatrical release on Independence Day in 2024.
